First self portrait

600 mile ride up the west coast....actually 300 up and 300 back...made a point of taking all the twisties I could. 38 years of motorcycles and fast cars; this is by far the best/most fun vehicle I've had.

Great Picture! Glad you are enjoying that fine machine.

I happened to notice your helmet lying on the seat. I can't tell you how many times I have scratched up face shields due to the helmet sliding off the seat. I've only done it once on this bike, but that seat can be pretty slippery.
Best.

Thanks for all you do,
Darryl

Started in Orange County, took 405 to santa Monica the jumpen on Topanga Canyon Road and took that to 101. 101 to 154 then at some point got on hwy 1 up to Ragged Point...that was as far as the road went though; bridge is washed out up there so back down to Pismo Beach and spent the night then home the next day.
Topanga Canyon is a fantastic ride and hwy 1 up to Ragged Point was especially good because there was zero traffic...everyone must have known the bridge was out so no one going up there.

Hey Neighbor- That's one of my favorite rides. I also like to take 405 N to 10 West to Hwy 1 North thru Malibu into Pt. Mugu and then jump off on Rice road to 101 for a couple miles to 33 into Ojai. Then to 166 west into Pismo and Hwy 1 and beyond (up to Ragged point). I know its closed due to storm damage this year, but a great ride!
Lots of ways to get up there, but once you're past LA it's all good!
