I'm pretty sure any brand is better than Bridgestone. Getting a flat area in the center on the back tire from miles of freeway riding is normal but Bridgestone is the only tire I've ever seen that gets a flat spot on the front.
Dunno how Bridgestone suckered BMW into putting 3-4 generation old touring tires on the K1600 for OEM. Those BT021/022 are at least 10yrs old, if not a lot longer.
I've ridden T30, T30 EVO and the latest T31 and they are excellent sport touring tires, no less capable than other "name brands" I've had. I've also had S20 supersport tires on lighter weight bikes. Every bit as good as Q2 and Diablo SuperCorsa.
