I have noticed a few reviews of the new RS, and I must say I am really liking, what I see. I have owned a XR, K16GT and now a B. It appears that they haven't made it over here to the U.S.A. yet, but am looking forward to seeing and riding one soon. I usually replace bikes before they are out of the factory warranty, and have been considering another XR, but this might just be the next ride, although I will probably keep the B, at least another year or so. Anyone ride one yet?

Wow. That's a nice looking bike. It even comes with the TFT display and my initials on the side. Do they make side bags for it? https://www.bmw-motorrad.ca/en/model...-the-r-1250-rs

Yes, they do, and they appear to be the same that are used on the XR.

Had a 2017 RS. Very nice bike, but a bit too cramped after a just 3-4 hours. Traded it for a 2018 GS...much happier. The GS handles a bit better in the tight stuff, is not as stiff, more comfortable.

I haven't had the chance to ride one, and with the older model, I never really wanted to. When I would go to demo days, I would ride other bikes. I hope to ride one at the next demo event.

If I wasn't so big and didn't do a lot of 2-up riding I'd own a RS!

Do you guys think this bike would be a close competitor to the ducati super sport. It appears to be in that market niche.

This really looks interesting. TFT display with the rider connect app. Great technology
