The grip puppies, after installation, are 1.570" in diameter.

The Beemer Buddies are just shy of 3mm and the Grab On's are a bit over 4. For me I dislike squishy grips more than I like the bigger diameter, but I really liked the knurled aluminum grips I had a couple bikes ago so maybe my judgment is suspect.

If I don't hear from the OP the Grab On's are yours.

installation

Another installation alternative is spray the bar grip and the inside of the new grip with hair spray, then quickly install.

I've done this too, but I have had them become slippery in the rain....meaning the grip puppy would easily twist on original grip. It wasn't horrible but it was a bit annoying.

I had the same feeling with my grips. I didnít care for the foam grips though... they were too thick and blocked/ reduced the warmth from the heated grip. I went with a tennis racket tape. It adds size and transfers the heat much better. They look old school too me, similar to a leather wrap. Anyway, as youíve read, your not alone, lots of options and most are fairly cheap so you can try and see for yourself.

Iíve used Grip Buddies for years. They are a closed cell foam and do not absorb water!
