Wow, how cool is that? It would be hard to miss that coming up on it from behind.

I used to make the back of my bike very reflective too. In fact, I bought some of the most reflective film available for the GT. However, with the proliferation of laser speed detection, I would rather keep a lower profile. So, no reflective film for me.

Cops catch you speeding from the front, not the rear, in most cases - that way they get you before you've noticed them. Don't put your bike or your life in jeopardy in the hopes of avoiding a speeding ticket.

I had them on my RT also. I floated them on with mild soapy water. Where did you get yours?

Got mine from Deanoko, $25 + $3.50 S/H. Two large panels for each bag (did not include the two narrow narrow strips.) Works like a charm.

I saw Deanoko. Little cheaper than the ones from Europe. I wish I could find some to put on the unpainted parts of the top trunk, sides & front of the saddlebags.

I want to light up like a bright bulb at night!

I scored a similar set on eBay for 24.99, they went on easily. Only difference is that this set doesn't come with the strips for the raised areas. Linky

Too many bikes, too many forums, too little time.

On my bike I have an unfinished looking raised area on my rear fender. I bought some reflector material stickers from my auto parts store, cut to fit the shape of the raised area and stuck it on. Looks like it belongs, almost.

Yes indeed, the front AND rear of the bike are targets for LIDAR. Like a Jack IN The Box, a CHP LEO popped from behind a bridge support and shot me in front, then from the rear.

Good thing I never exceed the speed limit, or surely I would have paid a road tax to California.
