Nav 5 vs Nav 6

I saw in another thread mention of displaying tire pressure, engine temp and other data on the Nav 6. I have Nav 5 and do not have that capability as far as I know. Am I failing to locate this function or is this only a Nav 6 feature.
thanks!

The NAV V does not have that feature. The NAV VI "monitoring features" only work on a '18 and newer bikes.

Duane,

My Nav V has the GPS Page with 16 monitored fields working. Nav IV doesn't.

@TPadden , I stand corrected, I'm wrong. Didn't know you could read Tire pressure, etc, via a NAV V...

Even works on my 2016 R1200RS but it won't page to it. On my 18 B it's pageable.

On the 16' I have to go to the Apps page then select My Motorcycle, then Information. Not sure if the dealer had to turn it on or not but the Nav V works on both; TPMS, Engine temp, fueling etc. with a selectable number of fields up to 16.

We agree that the Nav 5 as well as Nav 6 will have the vehicle information page including TPM if the bike is able to provide the information. Knowing BMW, if the computer is able to provide the info, it probably requires some sort of initiation (at least .5 hours shop labor charge).
