Personally I don't care for the looks of the Remus. I prefer the looks of the stockers. Those look NICE and I bet they sound good! Best looking aftermarket exhaust for the B I've seen!

I have a K1600B and have never owned a Harley. I have mostly owned BMWs, and now have a Ducati Diavel, Honda Rune, and Indian Chief in addition to the K1600B.

Iím not looking for an overly loud exhaus for my B, I just donít want it to sound like a d*#n sewing machine. My flat 6 Honda Rune isnít much louder than a stock B, but it sounds awesome. The ideal solution would be a switch that has quiet mode and sports mode. Porsche does this so you can be quiet when you want and then flip the switch and hear the music of the 6 cylinder when you want. I think the exhaust should also show that the bike is a 6 cylinder i.e. 3 tail pipes on each side.

When looking at the website I don’t see the triple exhaust tip available. Nor the triangular shaped muffler ?

Here is a sound clip for those mufflers. Sounds like it has a bit of a decel pop, but I'm sure a Bren tune would take care of that:

I purchased the system off the company's Ebay sale auction. Sorry, should have stated that. Their website is not great! Search Ebay for: BMW K1600B exhaust. Also my bike does not pop like the sound clip above while reving.

I have factory Akras on my GT, my preference are The Akras, The stock cans, and last place for me are the Remus. The Remus sound ok, but the appearance isn't for me, to each his own I guess.

The GT coming to me has the blacked-out engine, and I want all-black or carbon cans. Like titanium material, but hate the color for a bike. Don't like the size of the stock cans. Akra makes nothing in black for the GT, so that leaves them out for me, but of the three options (stock, Remus or Akra), I do greatly prefer the Akra shape.

I have the Remus all-carbon can on my K12S, and I love the incredible light weight and the fact you can pretty much hop off the bike and touch it with your hand immediately.

So, yep, to each his own.

@dobervol , I have GPR exhaust. Had the connecting pipe ceramic coated black. I removed the emblems. Less than half the price of Remus...

The only reason I would consider swapping out the stock cans would be to gain better access to the tire valve stem. Stockers are so large and low that I have to lay down to get my gage and hose up in there.

Duane, that's a pic of stock wheel and carbon, correct? Did wheels used to come color matched to bike? Or, I assume, you painted them? Just curious.
