Mike--I started with RAM mounts years ago and they worked pretty well. This was satisfactory until I found Techmounts. That was fine until I found Quad Lock and that's what I'm using currently.

Use the Hondo Perfect Squeeze. Works great!

That mount looks to be built strong and is very clean looking. They are proud of them though at $125 for both pieces.

I'm a fan of the ram mounts. Quad lock looks cool but don't want to change me case.

Do you have issues with your phone hitting the speaker? Also any reason you used two arms ok the phone side and not just longer arm? More configure ability?

I have the longer arm, but this setup, with the offset, still allows me to see the gauges, as the longer arm blocks the gauge. So, this works best for me. I also have had it attached to the cross bar of the handle bar, but moved it, to where you see it. No, it doesn't contact the speakers or anything else.

+1 on the Quadlocks. I have them on all of the vehicles. Secure (much more so than RAM), simple, clean.
