If you like grading on a curve, you should feel really good if that's the only ignorance you have. I know a little about the mesh and BT comms, but next to NOTHING about any of the radio stuff. So with me at the bottom of the class blowing up the curve, you're easily an "A" student.

Frequency 462.5500 - channel number gets interesting depending on programming, if you're using RL's programming that channel 11 as Gunnert stated.

6XGrins nailed it, but I'll add one more note - depending on what else is running on bike power, you may run into ground loop issues. Mine were so bad that I gave up and went back to using the GMRS radio's internal battery. A full charge lasts 3 days, so it's not a big deal to me.

A couple a quick things.
I haven't secured a hotel yet, I will within the next day or so and pass it on. PM me if you need my contact info.

Also, does anyone have a used working, inexpensive HT for sale with a power cable and a cable that will allow me to connect it to my SR10?
One other note, I'm there to enjoy meeting people and riding. I don't mind helping when I can, but my purpose there is to ride as much as possible and not fix people's electronics. I'm not a vendor looking for an income, so don't try to pay me. When I'm at my hotel I'll be reflecting on my day...

For those using BT - myself included, since my success in getting this to work has thus far been sheer luck - I put this together from the Sena FAQ. Those with more experience are welcome to comment/correct.

Best I understand it, using the BT intercom is a daisy-chain. You have to pair the Sena's two at a time (yeah, I know "pair"), in order, to establish BT connection. THEN you have to press the Jog Dial in REVERSE order to establish the Intercom Connection or "conversation"
