Shipped My ECU to Brenstuning =/

The bike is officially brain dead. The ECU is off the Brens Tuning. Hopefully it will be a quick turnaround.

Main goal for this was to get rid of the weak first gear take off issue that i can't stand. Feel like I am going to stall the engine after giving it like 25% throttle.

Will report back once installed and my conclusions on the improvements they claim.
MWNahas and RedCard like this.

Wish I had some back-lit LED lights on my control handle

Looking forward to hearing about the upgrade results. I had a stall in a bad spot last year. It cost the right side of the fairing, the bag door, and worst - a trip to the ER for my wife and the real possibility she's done riding.

When you re-install it, you may get a grey (rather than amber) service light indication on the dash. This will go away after one or two rides. Just wait until you get the RPM's up around 5000.....!

When they return it do they give instructions to watch out for?

I was kind of surprised at the notable lack of information from Bren. I watched the "removal" video on their website, read the instructions on the paperwork before I sent it in and that was pretty much it. There was no other information forthcoming. I will say, however, that the removal and install were pretty straightforward.
