I used this product [Ride On] in one set of RSM III - no problems; but mechanic said balancing weights still were needed for the tires. Disappointing but not a problem, per se.

Thanks. How hard did you push it; how fast did you ride/test?

Highway/rally speeds as in to 80 or so, with occasional bursts for purposes of survival...

I rode with Ride On for 10k miles or so - the life of the RSM III, on the K1600 GT.

So how did that work out? e.g. mount, install tire, pump in Ride On, ride bike to distribute Ride On, return to shop, remove wheel, balance? I'm guessing your shop uses a spin balancer that alleviate most of the steps, but for those of us using a static balancer this would surely be a PIA. To each his own, I'll just carry my plug kit/compressor.

Or you could balance it and then add the ride on
I think I would still carry a compressor and plug kit

I spin balance, remove valve core, add Ride On, replace core, reinflate. Iím using it purely as a sealant, not a balancer.
Gunnert likes this.

And I do carry a compressor and plug kit, cause Murphy won’t leave me alone.
Gunnert, capav8r and Darbinco like this.
