I am more like "A" picture 99% 2 up with the wife.. I have touch the pegs on occasion... I enjoy the ability of the K1600 and knowing I have "lean to spare" so to speak.... I really do love to run the twisties when we can, the wife never complains!!!

And my chicken strip would be even wider on the street. Don't know how you guys do it. (Now I remember why my handle is Leghorn! )

I don't consider the chicken strip a good tell of the ability of a rider.
I've seen people lean the wrong way with sparks flying. I watch my brother hang off the bike and with no sparks and wide chicken strips get through a lot faster than me.
Most who bought this bike wanted a all day long distance tourer and don't give a rats but about how the edge of the tire wears.
It is nice to know the tire will grip the road to the extreme edge tho.

Sometimes this forum gets slow. Some threads are intended to sparks things.

Not an overly aggressive rider but here's a rear RS2 well scrubbed after a very fun 4700 miles.

Oh to live in a place with endless opportunity to wear a tire evenly.

You all are doing it wrong. If you use more then center inch and a half of your tire you're flirting with a sure and horrible death. :gm
