Just buy it from their website directly. I recently bought the adapter for my tomtom 550 and it took exactly 4 days to get it from Italy through ups.

Yeah. Lots of luck with that. Its never in stock and emails go unanswered.

My experience was completely the opposite. Mine was shipped the same day I ordered it

I too have nothing negative to say about 3D Motoradd; I too received my adapter in 4 days. When I ordered mine the website said not available, I sent them an email, and was told website was incorrect. I've exchanged several emails about developing a mount for the TFT K bikes and always gotten a response within a day..

I have heard similar praises. I'm not in doubt about the integrity of the company, but two emails and a message through Facebook go unanswered. 🤷‍♂️

Sounds like its too late for you, but perhaps useful for others. Adventure Bike based out of the UK is selling the the Italian non-locking XT mount on Ebay.com and selling the locking and unlocking mounts on their own website. Both mounts have been showing as out of stock on the manufacturer's website.
