I remember reading a member had a hard time getting support with Garmin. Last week the on the way back home from a small trip, the screen displayed nothing but a white page. This morning the same thing on the way to work. I hesitated to contact support to seek help; but dialed. I explained my problem, telling Charles, the Support Analyst, that I had reset the unit to Factory Default a number of times. Charles couldn't have been more accommodating. I got an RMA within minutes.
