Was looking for a luggage rack for my bike for Kyrakin bag for rain gear and toiletry bags. Found my GL1800 rack would do the job ordered a black on

ebay for $69.00. Installation not for faint at heart due to inner liner alignment. Came out beautiful.

Yes, I used flat washers. Caution's Front Right leg required a short piece of strip stock and was accessed thru the speaker pocket. on the left front leg, there is a very tight pocket on the inner liner - got lucky. The photo shows the corner of the front left, rack leg setting there behind the corner. Fastener tight in the VEE. Lots of tap and slow.
