I met one at a blues festival a few years back. She was a sweetie. At least I got her to give me a hug though so, there's that. My old neighbor had much better success one Saturday as he was somewhat exceeding the posted limit on our way to a golf tee time. He was unfortunately (or fortunately) driving without his license in possession. When the lovely blond officer who pulled us over became aware of this she ordered him out of the car, to the passenger side, hands on top of car and then patted him down. He now had TWO drivers for the round. Naturally the rest of us in the car claimed that we were also in fact, devoid of licenses but to no avail. Evidently that is not any sort of violation that would get you searched for weapons. <sigh>
Anyway, can someone help a dumb yank out here? How does one knit a kitten?

Welcome back. You don't know me I'm new here. But have seen you around in searches and respect followed you. Even heard rumblings over in the Aussie section of you coming back with good anticipation. So that bull about a girl on a boy's bike. Fu#k that let's ride.

Hi D & like others, welcome back, you’ve certainly been missed & the forum can only be better with you on board again.OK so I’m back… I still need the resources and acumen that only the hive here mind can provide. I do value the wealth of experience here. I know that I am an anomaly, a freak, a unicorn…I ride a boys bike, I’m a motorcycle instructor, driving instructor, ex military, ex police rider. I track day my B, push it past its limits, ride the wild side, but I’ll always lose any d1ck measuring contest.
From here l’ll keep a low profile. I know I‘m not really welcome. This is a site for men, men to talk men stuff about man toys. I’m best suited to knitting kittens and raising cakes. My place is as a passenger, I occupy the pillion, look pretty and let the men talk men stuff….
I’m too close to retirement, from work, from the rat-race, from polite society.
Please tolerate me,…If I’m a problem, just ignore me. My middle son will have my B soon enough, I’ll have a 4x4 mobile home soon and be so far ‘off grid’ Burke and Wills (Lewis and Clarke) would never find me. If I miss WWIII or the zombie apocalypse , job done!
Say hi if you want, if not - no problem…..
Btw I think I’ve got a coil problem with my B as well - preparing to spend some $$ to sort out.

What kind of mileage on your B, to be having a,coil issue?

40,000 + Km’s. And the poor fella has worked hard. Been up to and over the speed limiter quite a few times, on the track - obviously

I'm not sure what made you exit stage left so abruptly, and I don't want to. If it was something in the forum I hope the moderators keep on top of it this time, if it was just life in general then it's great you're now in a position to rejoin.
Anyway, always loved the pictures of the pink sheepskin saddle and reading about your B ventures.

Hey, Donna, the site is Not only for men you are always welcome from me anyway and sure a lot more feel the same way. Done Baz and it was an honest, mistake I fixed that after reading it myself then just added a footnote to make it clear I posted it and corrected it to read as I meant it t
MG after what Donna went through before that was the last thing I would say as I am fully ok with women being on here along with anyone who loves bikes as we do. I try not to be judgemental and that silly mistake made me look like a true arse.
