When I bought this beast a year back it already had the Ilium Works highway pegs which I love, the first thing that I added myself were the Akrapovic exhausts (made in Slovenia like my Dad), then next came the passenger armrests. The Exhausts and armrests were both purchased through this forum, thanks @Geoff_3 and @Thomoqld. Then a Quadlock system was installed to help out with playing my music. Next came the mini wings and aero wings, latest addition is the lambs wool seat cover.

What I love about this bike more than anything else is the engine, everyone on here knows what I’m talking about ! I also like the (worldwide) camaraderie between owners via this forum.

Could not have had a nicer officer given me my first moving violation in 40 years of riding. Collected this memory in Iowa during my recent 8,262 mile ride around the US between June 11 and July 6. Every mile a joy, even the unexpected 753 mile riding day between San Francisco, CA to Portland, OR, because I could not find a hotel room anywhere.

BMW K1600B because it has 4 wheels and weighs only 110# more then the “B” i dismantled to build it. The shaft drive goes to a Regina 50 chain to a Quaife differential . It might be drivable next week…1 year from starting the project . Thank you
