It seems like you include everything you might need to get it installed and setup. Is there anything else necessary?

Also, I am 99% sure I would not do the install myself. I know the limit of my patience! Your video is pretty comprehensive, but if an installer had questions, are you guys willing to take calls for support?

 

The only thing "missing" so to speak is a micro SD card. The unit will handle up to a 256g. Definitely nothing else needed, we try to cover all of the bases as thorough as we can, since we don't know what tools and misc. parts people will have laying around.

We absolutely take calls, and are also a multi store retail operation that's been in business for over 26 years. We're here from 9-6 M-F no matter what, but I'm constantly answering messages on the weekends, as I know that people are likely in the middle of an installation on the weekend and need the help right then.

ZZ-2 that makes the unit is also based in the US, so they are available for tech support as well.
