Installed my new topcase. Looks great and my wife finds it quite comfortable. Did a Carmel By the Sea run with wife this past weekend and all went well.

I just did the same thing. I talked to the sales guy I bought the bike from last year and he talked the parts manager into giving me a 16% discount. I bought the case, lock and light for a total of $1811.92 Including tax.

Very nice looking! After long consideration I ended up installing the RT top case, IMO practical in the sense of easy removal and carrying handle. I actually needed it basically as a backrest! No central locking but looks nice as well.
I like the GT case better than the GTL I do not like the tall back rest. Sure glad my used GT came with the matching top case, I could not have spent that much for one.

Lt. Gray Metallic and Vermillion Red are the only colors I find listed in any of the parts catalogs for the GT. 
And, they're listed at the absolutely fabulous price of $1585.00. What a steal...
Oh well, those of us lucky enough to be able to afford to pay to play, deserve what we're willing to accept. :lurk2:
