Yes all parts and hardware are included! You may want to call a dealer to find out if the part number is the same between a 1st and 2nd generation K16GTL.

This would be the perfect fit for your 2015 GTL, as I had a 2012 GTL and the 2015 is exactly the same. I can ship this for $50 to you. I have the complete unit.
