Rick - 2018 K1600 GTL - Part time in Savannah, GA and part time in Franklin, NC - we love riding everywhere in western NC - NC 28 has to be one of the best roads on the planet!!!
I was stationed at Hunter AAF in Savannah from '91 to '99. My wife and I want to go back for St. Patrick's festivities eventually. Loved being stationed there.

Central Arkansas here, and here is some of motorcycling's best kept secrets for riding up in the Ozarks. Also ride a Speed Triple, check it out in my garage if you so wish.

Paso Robles CA Great riding here on the Central Coast of CA. Have a 2014 K1600GT. Took the wife for an evening ride on the great section of Hwy 58 between Santa Margarita and Mckittrick 2 weeks ago. This section of awesome riding is only 20 min from the house. Last weekend a back road trip to Santa Cruz and back Hwy 1. Next week a ride up hwy 25 to Corbin Saddles for a ride in service for a new seat.

2016 GTL.

From southwestern Indiana.

My favorite rides have been US191 through eastern Arizona and in New Mexico from Cuba- Los Alamos- Las Vegas (NM).

Around here riding along the Indiana side of the Ohio river from St Meinrad to Corydon is one of the best routes (Indiana Routes 62 and 66).

2002 Yamaha Vmax is my other ride. It's in parts in my garage currently. I am working on some cosmetic upgrades in the form of powder coating.

I live along 101 on Hood Canal in Washington. Purchased a 14 GT a few weeks ago but haven't ridden it much because I haven't added conspicuous lights to the front yet and I feel like I'm riding naked without them.

I own ten other K bikes from the 80s and 90s. The most unique ones are the 91 K1 in my avatar and a 1986 K75C with Luftmesiter turbo and high performance cams. I also have a Yamaha WR250R for local Forest Service roads.

My favorite road of all is CA 1 between San Francisco and Leggett.

Some other favorite roads:

CA 58 between Santa Margarita and McKittrick - there's one particular section of twisties that is absolute motorcycle heaven - especially since they repaved it last year. From McKittrick there's another good road up to Pine Mountain Club and then on to Lockwood Valley.

Oroville-Quincy Highway north of Sacramento

33 north out of Ojai

Beartooth Pass and Chief Joseph

Montezuma Valley Road out of Borrego in SoCal

Just back from the Alps, had a whinge about the bike overheating on the trip so the powers that be took the post down, anyway this is where I went and plan to do again.

BTW its 13 minutes long so no doubt you can skip a good bit of it but the first bit and the Stelvio bit is good:

You can't just let it go. We get that this bike overheats on occasion. We all know that. We're tired of you screaming the same thing over and over. Go away already.

Adding to my blocked list, probably along with everyone else. You're probably screaming into a void!

Perhaps the admins can ban you for repeated spamming the same stuff.

Jason, Thornton CO, '18 GTL purchased in May. No real long runs yet, longest ride was from Thornton, up Poudre River Canyon(Hwy 14) to Walden, Hwy 230 to Laramie, then interstate to Cheyenne and back to Denver. My go to afternoon/evening ride is up Coal Creek Canyon(Hwy 72) then Peak to Peak highway(119/72/7) to Estes Park. I've had very good luck the past couple Saturday evenings with very little traffic on the Peak to Peak so I could stretch her legs a bit. >:)

I have a 2012 Victory Cross Country gathering dust is anyone wants to make me an offer :)
