Don't know anything about the ST2 systems but if you want something that does not interfere with the CANbus, then you might want to consider Skene Lights.

Skene P3 LEDs can be used with their various controllers to improve visibility as running lights (with patented "conspicuous flicker"), brake lights and turn signals.

I have them installed as additional brake lights and turn signals on my 2015 GT

They have a good description of how to do the installation on a K1600

Bought. Thanks very much. May hit you up for installation help. Apparently I have two left feet for hands when it comes to vehicle maintenance.
