Washington good2go transponder placement

I don't live in your state but use the "EZ Pass" transponder here on the east coast, I install in on the inside of the windshield and have never had any problems.

These are a little different. As I understand, EZ Pass is a black box. The good2go is more like a film antenma/RFID unit the size of a wide band-aid. And, supposedly as a theft deterrent, it's got self-adhesive backing designed to self-destruct the printed antenna if it is removed. So it's a do-or-die placement decision. I'm wondering why DOT didn't mention windshield placement at all?

Ahh, gotcha. Most likely because some MC's don't have windscreens?
I'll have to defer to someone who is familiar with those. I guess you'd better get it right the first time huh?
