In reading posts on the forum today, I have the same problem with my 2012 GTL that others have reported -- noisy values. It seems that most have been able to solve this problem by replacing the timing-chain tensioner and that it is easily replaced.
Where is this tensioner located? On the right or left side of the value cover?
If anyone has a picture, that would be appreciated.
