It is just shy of 24". On their website it looks like it should fit--see attached screenshot.

Hi,

I was looking into this type of windscreen.
However, since I’m located in Brussels Belgium, I would not be able te buy yours (import taxes and shipment).
I’m interested in your experience: does the vent work to cool down during hot days?
Or maybe the vent has other reasons?

I only used it on one ride and am really of no help to you. I'd search the threads for more information.
