He would really hate my routine. First thing I do is turn off the DTC. Second thing I do is turn on the sound system and start playing my 80's hair bands playlist. I don't screw with the anything going down the road after that. I guess you could say I am a multitasker being that I can ride and listen to music at the same time

 

While these speakers are awesome for music and navigation prompts, they can be surprisingly dangerous. The K1600's massive TFT screen has so many menus to navigate, and taking your eyes off the road to find the audio controls is a major safety risk.

I'm not sure I agree with your statements about the speakers and TFT being dangerous. I have button #4 programmed to turn the audio off, so it's kind of a non-issue, no menus needed.

But I guess we all need something to complain about.

 

Pretty sure this is the first time I see anybody using the words "K1600 speakers" and "awesome" in the same sentence. Surely not talking about sound quality, I believe...?

 

Life is dangerous know your equipment or don't mess with it while riding.

 

after 7 k1600 i have never ridden any where without my music playing
that's when i can play what ever i like in my spaces

 

My radio is always off
