Looking for custom billet plate

I'm looking for someone here who has the capability or knows of anyone that can make TWO (2) custom axle covers. I know there are a few guys here that make Billet parts for sale, so hopefully they can make these for me. They are a flat axle cover for one of my motorcycles. see enclosed pictures...... VERY ROUGH drawings LOL Done in Billet and chromed or highly polished is perfect.

I would need a better drawing or trace the good part and send it to me or send me the good part . This looks like a rear axle cover on a custom chopper frame . Do I make nice parts ? Maybe
