I like S-Plug. I have the single driver. I tried dual driver and didn't find enough of a difference to justify the price increase. My wife likes the s plug as well

Also check out plugfones. Tried these but not as comfortable as S-Plug. S-Plug sounds better to me. But plugfones are cheap and worth a try!

I'd echo every word about the S-Plugs. I'm convinced they're the best solution short of a custom-made set. Despite looking old and cheap, they sure don't sound it. I have the double driver, and my wife the single, because her ear canal is smaller, but we're both very happy with them. I've tried both and do find the double driver a bit louder, but I can't say "better" sounding. Totally comfortable, with the only exception being if you don't use ear-lube (which is pretty much the same as personal lubricant). Properly lubed prior to insertion, though, never the slightest of pain, annoyance or irritation. insert Michael Scott TWSS jokes

If you wear a bulky armored jacket, one thing I'd also suggest is to "point" the wire up coming out of the SENA or Cardo from the 90 degree plug. When I don't do that, traffic checks looking left eventually contact the 90-degree plug on my shoulder pad and pull and jiggle on the wire until after a while, it can wiggle just loose enough to cause issues with full contact with the female part.
