I do not have the DVD. I have a PDF file of the manual. It shows the main steps but does not explain the Preparatory steps.

Are all these DVD's on ebay of the same quality and details ? How does one know which one is the best ??

Yes, they come in different formats. I've ordered the DVD (which you have to wait for) and I've ordered the USB thumb drive version (which is actually a download, make sure to ask the seller). The latter you only have to wait for the download link. If you do your own maintenance, this DVD is a must have.
